Ivanka designed, developed and implemented a set of policies to ensure the London office would operate efficiently and effectively. This included: health & safety, how to manage room bookings and everything else which is required to run an office. Ivanka was incredibly effective at ensuring all policies were reviewed on a regular basis, updated and communicated to colleagues. The office had capacity to host meetings and events up to 100 people, as such no two days were the same. Ivanka excelled at dealing with whatever issue arose, in a professional, practical and calm way.

It's hard to describe what Ivanka does for me with a single job description. Recently, she project managed a big commission we received from Vodafone - Connected Skyline at London South Bank. She was responsible for managing an exceptionally quick turnaround, delivering the installation on time and in budget with a large team, and working with social and PR agencies to deliver on their objectives.
As a visual artist I can't always communicate what I need help with, but Ivanka is always able to identify these areas so efficiently. She assisted me with logistics of numerous large scale art projects, always problem solving seemingly impossible tasks. And with the stressful period brought by Coronavirus she went above and beyond and on her own initiative researched and applied for emergency funding from the Arts Council, which really helped me through that uncertain period.
